This is our second time using this awesome local plumbing company, and we were extremely satisfied with the customer service both times! This morning, our water heater broke, so I called Hector at 6:30 a.m. By 8:00 a.m., he had workers at my house, and by 1:00 p.m., we had a brand-new water heater installed and hot water restored. They took the old unit so we didn’t have to dispose of it ourselves, and they left everything clean with no mess. The plumbers and office staff were all very kind and respectful. When I couldn't take it any longer, I called Big League Plumbing. Hector was responsive, on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He helped me find a replacement faucet, making recommendations and calling several suppliers until the one I wanted was found.
